Give Gaza’s Cats a Chance

In Gaza, even the smallest lives are struggling to survive.

I am currently living in a tent because of the war and displacement. Life here is difficult, and even the most basic things—food, clean water, and a safe place to stay—can be hard to secure. Despite everything we are going through, there are also animals around us that have no one to care for them.

Every day, I see cats wandering around searching for anything they can eat. Some once had homes and families who cared for them, but many were left behind after people were forced to leave their homes. Others were born during the war and have never known a normal or peaceful life.

I cannot watch them come to me hungry and turn them away. Even while living in a tent, I try to feed them with whatever food I can share from what we have at home. Sometimes it is very little, but I give them what I can.

The problem is that there are more cats needing help, and what I have is simply not enough.

One of the cats I am caring for is also injured. He has a serious open wound and needs proper care and treatment. I have included a real photo of his injury so people can see his condition. It is painful to see him suffering while having such limited resources to help him.

This is why I decided to create this fundraiser.

The donations will be used to buy food for the cats, provide clean water, and, when needed, help pay for veterinary care, medicine, and treatment for the injured cat and other cats in urgent need.

I am not asking for anything complicated. I simply want to continue feeding them and give the injured ones a chance to heal.

These cats do not understand war or displacement. They do not understand why their homes disappeared or why food became so difficult to find. They are simply trying to survive.

Even a small donation can provide a meal or help toward medicine and treatment. I will do my best to share real photos and updates so supporters can see the cats they are helping and how their donations are being used.
